Community Management specializes in association management and consulting. Our experience will provide you with expert guidance with the practices related to common interest developments. Whether your association is big or small we offer the same level of service and attention to detail. Our mission is to provide individual and personalized service while working harmoniously with your Association owners and residents, Board of Directors and service providers.

We are pleased to announce Visa is now offered as a payment option on the E-payment site. Also, all one-time payments on the E-payment site will be subject to a $10.00 convenience fee. Sending a check to our lockbox or enrolling in our ACH program, where the association pulls the payments from your bank account each month, and bill pay through your bank, continue to be options for making payments without a convenience fee. What’s inside?

The Portal contains a variety of functions including a RESOURCES library where Owners can view the associations governing documents (CC& R’s, By-laws, Budget, Rules & Regulations, etc.).

Under the SERVICES option, Homeowners can submit Service Requests (e.g., Architectural modification requests, key orders, accounting questions, etc.) which are directed to the appropriate staff member for processing. Service Requests are stored in our secure database, responded to and tracked to completion.

Want to monitor your HOA account activity? Click on the SERVICES link and Account Status to view your account activity. Or, set up Auto-Pay with your Association’s Bank by clicking the PAYMENT link at the top of the screen.

Stay up to date on important Association notices by viewing the Bulletin Board under the CONNECT link. Recent or urgent notices are posted regularly so that Owners can stay current and informed about important issues and activities. As an added convenience, urgent or time-sensitive notices are E-blasted to participating Homeowners.
